Bu pilav üç tencere de domatesli, tereyağlı sade ve yeşil renk alması için maydanozlu, dereotlu pişirilir. Sonra üç ayrı kalıba konup üst üste pasta gibi çıkarılır. Her pilav için iki bardak pirinç ve üstünü örtecek kadar et suyu kullanılmalıdır. Her tencere pilav için bir kaşık tereyağı ve hepsi kat kat dizdikten sonra da bir kaşık yağı eritip üstüne dökülmelidir..
